Published by: Center for Women's Law and Legal Services of Peking University
About

The goals were to identify the challenges confronting the domestic service industry, how extensive their effects were and discover if there was any change to the movement patterns and rights of domestic workers in recent years.
This report can be used by development practitioners focused on women’s empowerment and seeking insight into a domestic services industry from the perspective of the workers themselves. It also contains a list of recommendations for policy makers at the National and State level in China.
